Treat Schindler maintenance as a short weekly routine: confirm the commercial elevator responds normally from every landing, confirm the alarm is audible where somebody would hear it, and confirm the charge indicator behaves as it always has. Anything outside that pattern goes to your provider rather than into a toolbox.
